Interesting mod. Thanks for the info!
The wireless signals are fun to use don't let the fact that they for are mods prevent you from using them !

Re: filter combinator
In that situation you'd wire the train stop to the red input on the arithmetic combinator, and the constant combinator to the green input. Set the signals you want to pass to a value of 1 on the constant combinator and you're all set. Takes 2 combinators instead of 1 but otherwise exactly the same ...

Re: train schedule condition: outer AND support
Yes. But there are cases when a solution with combinators is cumbersome and gives unnecessary difficulties.AmericanPatriot wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 4:10 pmIn regards to logically complete train schedules: have you considered doing the logic with combinators and sending to the train?

Re: filter combinator
IMO the best way to solve this would be to allow combinators to choose which network (red or green) to read from with each input. Then you could use an arithmetic combinator set to (Each Red) * (Each Green) and wire the green input to a constant combinator listing the items you want to filter. That...

Re: wireless circuit net after sattelite launch
I'd also like the post-endgame to be expanded in vanilla, so that I have the choice of either having 1k space science, better radar coverage, orbital weapons, increasing wireless transmission capacity, ... at every rocket launch. +1 But right now, we all need to rely on mods for that. That's sad.

Re: train schedule condition: outer AND support
I don't talk about nest OR or nest AND. No. imho, outer AND will be enough. And i don't think that this important improvement is so hard to implement .

Re: filter combinator
Thank you for the info, but i know how to do this with current set of combinators . And this is cumbersome and inconvenient. If you need several such filters, then you get a monstrous ugly thing, which you want immediately destroy.

Re: wireless circuit net after sattelite launch
Guys, mods are not what i'm talking about :-). I'm talking about late-game gameplay, if you understand me ;-). The game isn't end on rockeet launch. We get 1k space science packs and possibility of infinite upgrades. So, the sat net can be one of such things. For example, after each rocket with sat ...

Re: "add wait condition" seems wrong
If we have in the future a train stop skip condition, then we should distinguish between these. Thus, if we take that into account(possible future improvements), the better label seems to be "add leave condition" or "add departure condition".

Re: train stop "read train contents" filter
For example, in this scheme - viewtopic.php?f=194&t=92539 - the content of a payload wagon is leaked in a circuit net. When we need only a content of a wagon with markers. This problem can be solved with train stop filter or/with filter combinator.

Re: train stop "read train contents" filter
I read it as he wants to filter the output of the read train contents by wagon. So he could say tell me the contents of the first wagon of the train. Exactly! What do you want to do? In setups where we have 1 supply train for several stations or 1 supply train for 1 station(with complex set of item...

Re: train schedule condition: outer AND support
I beleive what is being implied is the template is not being followed. i write the request according to this link. Here: "which looks ugly and hard to read." i specified why this is needed - to make life easier and easy to read/use of schedule. It obvious that need to transform every expr...

No problem. I need not another people in my net , but i want use it to communicate with my circuit net devices without red/green wires.

Re: train schedule condition: outer AND support
And why do you need that? Hm. This is obvious and jodokus31 already answered this: To dont have to transform a complex condition to an even more complex and ugly to read condition. I have a case exactly like asheiduk wrote: (MANY_OR) AND TIME passed But factorio doesn't allow to write outer AND, th...

filter combinator
Hi. It would be nice to have a filter combinator. It interface can look like a constant combinator. We choose signals that can pass a filter. Then on output we see only that signals from combinator input which we selected. Next important feature is the possibility to set a filter from a circuit net....

train stop "read train contents" filter
Hi.
It would be nice if we have a filter with wagon numbers in train stop "read train contents" feature. With switch for "white list" and "black list" like in filter inserter. Thus we will be able to say to send only content of first wagon or all except first wagon.

Re: "add wait condition" seems wrong
I don’t see much difference. It depends from which side you’re seeing this. Here the correct sight is that of the train. Each tick this condition is checked, if false, it will wait. I think this “if false” is what’s irritating here. But as said wait is here an “until true”. It never bothered me, an...
