I cannot find the belt splitter in the current release - where do I find the item?

after switching the game to german with a german keyboard on the Mac the games keyboard mapper still do not switch / exchanges the Z and Y in the key mapping options - thats where the english / german keyboard differs.

The game is very addictive even I'm not a 'gamer'
My only problem is the MacBook I use is not capable to mimic with the trackpad the left/right mouse clicks.
Any hint?

I'm not sure what exactly you mean. If you want to automate the fuel filling of drills or furnaces, all you need is an inserter and a source with coal (or other fuel), which could be a chest or a belt. So probably I put he inserter on the wrong side... Is there only one side to put the inserter on?...
