Of course its true, none of the rails are broken, you can not exit the loop from the bottom because the the bottom merges the loop after the exit splits off. and then transfer the map and the mods to the server...

Or; just shift click (or alt click?) (on the item on the right) to get it from logistiscs network. (already suggested by me some time ago)
