funny, i had trouble with foreman and ended up using blueprint string instead. From experience - it can cause desyncs in multiplayer - a weird experience we never got to the bottom of - but it only affected one player. We had to keep killing him to get rid of the desync :) I have never had trouble ...

You could do as I do and have the train deliver them direct into passive providers,

The construction bots will then take them to roboports as they need them.
