Merge autosaves and mp player connect saves

Try and snap autosaves and saves from a player connecting to the server together. Or in other words, if both happen within a short time span, only save once.

Rather simple thing to do: have the client assume that it won't magically get new items and be able to build more than you have in your pockets.

I think the issue here is that you are trying to fill entire lakes with landfill. The problem isn't the cost, but that you feel the need to do this. Huge lakes is a problem to deal with. The correct solution is ships and ports.

Only if we can go in and sabotage the other teams (i.e. blow them up :D) Sounds like a great plan. Looks like you can throw grenades at the other teams as they are close enough. Presumably they will use the independent map system they added when they were toying with the idea of a space station end...
