I would like to have save list in order like in Minecraft. Last played saves are at a top of the list. That would be more usefull to me.

I like current furnaces system. Even if steel furnaces are used only shortly they are significant step between stone and electric furnaces. Maybe electric furnaces should be tier 3 technology to increase lifetime of steel furnaces?

All fluids needs a possibility to be transported in barrels. That enables logistic robots to transport fluids.

I'm for the introducing two new type of pipes. Long underground pipes and extra long underground pipes. First type needs two normal underground pipes and number of pipes equal to "extra length" of that pipes. We could craft it in pairs like underground pipes. It could need some iron plates...

In my opinion UI should be changed if it must be good without pause game. Currently UI is good but covers to much of the screen so it couldn't be enough if it doesn't stop time.

Considering you're sticking to a problem of not even being able to change interplanetary orbits, you shouldn't even consider this approach as viable and not creating planet-sized plot holes. Practically that problem isn't necessary. They can travell accross whole solar system but there is only one ...

If You want to add a drop of fuel to colony ship then you need a bucket of fuel to transport it. So mass of the ship was minimized and it has only fuell to fulfill a mission. Earth is overpopulated - there is no resources to make any colony ship able to travel beetwen planets of other solar systems...

If scout ship could be bring down from orbit of creeper planet then other ship can be bring down too. Colony ship has enough time to estimate that orbit of other planet is safer. It could be small factories. One factory has defined number of assembly lines. That allow to do some intermediate products needed to make final product which is putted on transport belt. That wasn't intended. There is autoadjusting algorithm, which is changing window in that form when you try to change its position. So you can move it, but that is pointless.

I have that problem too. And when I try to move window, then this is changing in form presented on the attached picture and then I can't move it more
