Got the same crash.
1. Hold a blueprint
2. Open the blueprint library
3. Open a blueprint book on the "my blueprint" side
4. left click to add the blueprint
5. crash

Game keeps crashing when deconstructing accumulators and/or Poles (15.2 and 15.1) No mods

Recreate:
1Have accumulators connected to rest of the nettwork with one pole.
2 Wait til they are charging
3 Remove that pole

OR
Remove a lot of accummulator and poles
