Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.2 - Now on GitHub
I thought that I had added the third input to just the code of the integrated chemical plant, but I guess I didn't (I just looked too). Anyway, I just added it now, I'll include that with the waste update. I didn't actually want to mess with the texture yet because it would probably end up initiall...

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.2 - Now on GitHub
I don't really understand that numbering convention, just been going with what feels right. http://semver.org In the context of a Factorio mod, the major version number wouldn't change short of a full rewrite of the mod that completely breaks existing saves and requires a full restart. My impressio...

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.2 - Now on GitHub
There's a significant gap between when you start producing Waste Water (Bauxite Sediment Classifying, red science) and have the ability to treat it (Chemical Reactor I, red science, but construction is gated behind Basic Nickel Smelting, green science). You also don't have any way to store the waste...

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.1
*My idea with keeping the electromechanical tier is to represent *large* and simple things, like major switches, that control the massive power flowing through a machine, instead of the very low power and immense complexity of super-advanced data processing circuits Ah, so basically a https://en.wi...

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.1
Logistics should probably get a dependency on Steel Parts since the Steel Shaft is needed for yellow transport belts.

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.1
Looks like this was intended to be changed, but hasn't been. Steam Locomotive requires Engine Units which require rubber.Garnierite not added to starting area because trains were recently fixed to not need nickel or rubber

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.1
FWIW, I'd been doing some private hacking on my Github on this, based on the 1.3.0 release. In particular I'd: 1) Implemented a "crude electric inserter." 2) Changed the Standard Chemical Reactor to use steel pipes instead of monel to break the cyclic dependency there. 3) Moved the Crude W...

Re: [MOD 0.15+] Xander Mod v1.3.0
I'm enjoying this mod quite a bit so far. I'm 22 hours in with electromechanical circuits, red, and green science automated. I've enjoyed fiddling around with bulk setups for coke, steel, and bronze production. https://app.box.com/shared/static/gc9lwvlemnet6ka9ps30wpdt4z8c98so.png I love building re...

Re: logistic and construction robots' movement
I believe logistic bots prefer to place items in existing stacks that are incomplete, even if they are far away. This prevents your storage chests from filling up with dozens of 1 item stacks.

[0.15] Deconstruct all except trees/rocks
Request: Allow the Deconstruction planner to be set to Blacklist mode while the Trees/rocks only checkbox is active. Rationale: Frequently I will want to remove structures over a large area without removing trees or rocks in the selection box. This happens especially often when revising a rail layo...
