Buffers that properly use the full size of steel chest are usually fairly large and include a line of chest. A storage chest that is larger 2x2 or however large shouldnt be game breaking. A small buffer using 1 chest usually doesnt require 20ish (however many are in steel chest) stacks of the material

So far my only draw back is what size to make containers. Trains have 1 slot less than a wood crate but that's ok because of the speed they can move items, I would like to have the trailers the size of steel chest but and maybe 1-2 tiles shorter an thinner than the rail cars. This is something Ive wondered as well. I'm guessing it came about because trains were added later and sized according to unloading. I agree with katyal on lowering crate sizes but this messed with buffers, however it still gets my vote, and maybe we can have a 2x2 storage warehouse or crate like sh...

Getting the Oil to my base isn't the problem its the slow speed of the oil pumps and constantly having to find new ones, but I'm taking Koub's suggestion and throwing Speed 3's on them. I've finished rocket defense so now I'm not putting the mass drain on my supplies like before when I put my factor...

No, I had converted them over to solid fuel providers to power my steam engines as limitless power source instead of coal... Maybe I will switch half back since I have a huge backlog because I use the steam engines as backup nowadays

How about adding 18 Wheelers to the game, Somewhere at the time Cars are available, separate research needed like the tank 18 wheelers hauling cargo around. Not a big deal or bug or anything but wanted to bring it up as a low priority thing to put on the list of things to do, but the tutorial still has textures of the old inserters in its tool tips. It took me a second to realize what I was looking at.
