In both states (powered/unpowered) like when you are placing power poles it will highlight what buildings will be powered and what lines will be connecting in the blue highlighing

What if when hovering over the lines "glowed" the same blue as the boxes indicating what they are powering. Each cable attached to the pole would highlight with said bold blue lines.

5. I suggest doing this (relocation) with a special "relocation blueprint" name TBD. Wich you highlight an area like the deconstruction print and converts it to a ghost layout which you can place just like the blueprint. Construction bots pick up from one place and place it in the new spot
