connect to main electricity network. have extra station with supply train that delivers repair packs/lazer towers/construction robots, so it can defend itself... and then have a seperate robot network there. I'd love to hear other ways to do it :D edit: supply train also comes with artillery to get...

Just wondering,

This Thread and the one about 3-Way intersections is great!

But do we have a similar thread about 2+ line-exchanger? So if a train line a mining outpost and take the 1st lane, he could switch to the 2nd or 3rd lane along the way?

make sure you have some solar cells especially in your coal mine if you still need coal for power. a few solar cells just to make sure everything WILL WORK (even if slowly) if you have a power outage. since the mining outpost are connected to the main electricity grid you might as well use any sola...

I have been using tank with hit&run tactic but I've read several old post about other more efficient way with power armor mk2 + modules.
