Can you try just to manually delete the temp and archive folders and try run it again? Yes, sadly the server refuses to desync right now. After awaiting several desync/map-download sequences still no desync report got created. The Temp folder contains a damaged .zip archive.

Just connect the same entities with the same colour again and the wire gets removed.

The bug in the report you linked is definitive fixed and what you describe does not fit the report anyway, as it never happens when inserting on a belt in your case. It could be explained with the target of the inserter changing after the inserter picked up the item and now can not place it any more...

As the desync happens instantly you can determine which mod causes it by switching of half of them and checking if it is still happening...
Btw you posted this in the Not a bug section, Technical Help would be more useful.

Option to disable auto-repair by pers. roboport robots.

There are certain situations in which I don't want the robots from my personal roboport to fly out and repair something, e.g. when driving, when low on repair packs or in certain combat situations, I would like to have a option to keep them from doing that.

...when having mining drills in hand. Or in other words having the effect of energy poles just for mining drills.
This would be especially useful when using mods that extend the area.
