This should perhaps have been posted in pY Alternative Energy rather than here ? Before AE released with « pY 2.0 », red inserters were, like in vanilla, behind 10 red science and the same tech as assemblers 1. And Bob's « long inserters 1 » upgrade was behind only 40 red science, including vanilla ...

Yeah, thanks, I eventually figured this out ! (And set up an overflow system for the excess steam, reheating it in a heat exchanger and then burning it for power.)
