If looking at stats game processing is below 13ms and UPS/FPS starts dropping then it might be something to investigate for devs. Especially that it's a difference between single and multiplayer. Theres enough room inbetween the turbine rows to put turbines. Maybe if you decrease the lenght of the rows it would work better. Ratio is good though Indeed.
