UPDATE: I found out why it does require SP 1.

Loading time for mods is now significantly shorter, from more than 10 minutes to 4 minutes for the full loading :D

EDIT: I was pretty skeptic about it, but i got absolutely no lag right now when loading modded games ^^ Thx guys!

As per title,
when i try to launch the game i can't cause it says i need to have the first service pack at least.

May i know why?
(Now, i can run it without particular problems with compatibility mode but...)

That only works when you don't close the game. When you run the game, set the mapgen settings and start then those settings will persist as long as the game runs. if those two buttons do get added I'd suggest adding a third one too: reset to default. Oh, and could you please reduce the lag that is the result of any road placing? cause if i need to pave something large it becomes huge, not giving me a chance to place something else/another road nearby, going from 120 fps to 5 fps.
