Ore dictionary

Factorio having an ore dictionary, like Minecraft, would immeasurably improve the mods compatibility. It is currently very problematic to play different big mods together. There are bridge mods, but an ore dictionary would certainly be a better option.

Re: Deadlocks Stacking for Pyanodons mods

Could somebody confirm or disconfirm please that https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Deadlocks ... 000bc6fe0f can be fixed on this mod's side? I'm playing an ABPy+ game and I cannot migrate. Deadlock has introduced new functions to combat this in the latest update.

The 0.17 new in-game tool. I tried it and it had no effect for Py stuff, but had effect on everything else. So unless there's some other way to use it, it doesn't work.

Upgrade planner

Do I understand it right that Py mods don't support upgrade planner at all yet? Angel/Bob support it partially.

post it on the github issues page tagged with a request tag.

Btw only people with write access can tag issues. By default only repo owner has write access.

Re: PyCoalTBaA or the PyCoal Touched by an Angel Compatibility Patch

Final note: Seems to me, that MadClown subsided a lot from Factorio. I hit onto some bugs in compatibility with his mod. If you dont have different informations, I would suggest moving his mods down the line and adding Amator Phasma and Space exploration more in front of the list. > Space explorati...

Nope no pydeadlock just those 2.
I think https://mods.factorio.com/mod/PyCoalTBa ... 000dbe8d22 is relevant to your discussion.

Looking for a mod that would block sunlight with pollution

I'm looking for a mod that would block sunlight with pollution, so that the more there is pollution in the chunk - the less efficient solar panels will be. Anyone seen one?

Re: pY Industry - Discussion

I agree that the proposed table will be better than it is now, but 3000L mustn't be 10k because Angel's 2x2 inline tank is 20k. Also Bob's 3x3 tanks have marks that go beyond 25k. Top Angel's tank is 375k I believe, so it would be a nice idea to buff all volumes in the table further up by about 50%....

Why mark it incompatible if it's just slightly glitchy? 1.2.4 works perfectly for me.

Re: PyCoalTBaA or the PyCoal Touched by an Angel Compatibility Patch

Does anyone have a recommendation for ore generation settings that works well in ABPy? Looking at a default-generated map, it's weird to see tons of tin and lead but not a lot of the critically-needed Angel resources. Or is it just better played without Angel's refining? Add double or triple rare e...

What is lua garbage incremental?

What is lua garbage incremental, why can it be high (1-2 or more) and what do I do to make it lower? I couldn't find any descriptions of it's practical meaning for Factorio, and general Lua GC explanations are too heavy. Does this show overall mod script execution overhead and I should deactivate so...

Re: How to use multicore running factorio on linux server

You can try https://mods.factorio.com/mod/clusterio but that is not exactly what you need. Yes, the processor core frequency of the server is not as high as the desktop processor core frequency. I hope that subsequent updates can optimize these problems. I want to play with many friends, but the la...

Re: [0.17.X] Optimize UPS @ Electric Networks plz

Thanks for commenting. I guess I'll have to unpack half my base from factories then, as with such trend it'll be impossible to finish an ABPy+ game without UPS drops. It's still doable at this point...
