There is Mods like Science Cost Tweaker that can cause a lot of startup Lag in an Angel-Bobs based Pack. It is always the interactions between different Mods that can go exponential. I have that loading time issue in Minecraft a lot too and needed to optimize things way often just to get the average...

Okay just saw a Fix listed in the update Log from yesterday, which describes my Issue. Apparently this was a duplicate all along and I didnt go back in time far enough to see the other Report of this Issue.

New Development on the thing, apparently setting the UI scale to 75% fixed the lack of scrollbar, then setting it back to 100% made the scrollbar stay and everything works now somehow. Might need further investigation on my end as to why that happened.

The entire list is already visible at 100%, thing is: one more Element to that List and it goes off the screen, and with more Mods this can become a HUGE problem even for people with larger Monitors. UI Scale is 100%, and now that I think of it, why is 75% the default, shouldn't that one be called 100%? XD

Yes, you are probably correct. Ya know it would have been obvious if the Rocket Silo Stats on the top left showed ALL Items and not just Satellites that have been launched into Space, though I do understand that it makes sense to only have things that yield Outputs be listed there. ;)

Oh great I just loaded the save file again and apparently it sent solar panels into space because I wanted to cheap out on space and requester chests... I wonder why that did not happen before 0.17.25 though.

I attached a Save File for this Bug, about 10 seconds before it happens. First encountered in 0.17.25, still not fixed in 0.17.28. Was not happening in 0.17.24 or earlier. The Problem: 1.
