I couldn't reproduce it, but I found a possible cause for this that I fixed. So hopefully this will be fixed in 1.1.22.

No worries, I got it in time. :) I added a timeout, so this shouldn't happen anymore in 1.1.9.

I would prefer unit groups not to wait indefinitely as well. LiquidInsight, the link to the save has expired, can you reupload it?

What's happening here is that each sound has a type associated with it. inventory_click and inventory_move are gui-effect sounds, build_large is a game-effect. Yes, it's been an issue for splitters as well, and both splitters and filter inserters (and hopefully anything else with this issue) will be fixed in 1.1.6.
