This is not a bug I would have expect an argument about this. I raise my case with some strong argument. More testing of my side show very weird inconsistency, it's look this 20% of initial cycle doesn't affect other infinite resource. Are you as a moderator allowed to judge if something about game...

Never mind, It's was because filter inserter is update to high capacity filter first and have only one slot.

In my opinion, It make no sense that filter inserter get update to high capacity inserter if the number of filter item can't be keep.

Krastorio 2 have a superior filter inserter.

It's look like upgrade such entity only keep the first filter item option.

Added on a already running game, I can craft copper 2x2 lamp but not electric one. Fixed for next version, which won't be released until 0.17.70 is out. I'm not sure of the release process of factorio, is not the 0.17.69 considered as the stable and so we won't have new 0.17.z version soon ? Anyway...
