Why are you being like this? This doesn't hurt anybody and helps players. You can make it an option that can be turned on (off by default) like many other options that you have now.Rseding91 wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 8:40 pmNo.factoriouzr wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2019 6:59 pmCan you please reconsider this and implement this feature

Re: Factorio 0.17.2 Broke existing feature of remembering blueprint orientation
Thanks
Can you please prioritize the feature of allowing us to re-take existing blueprints but keep their checkboxes of what to blueprint, their icons and description please? We would really love to be able to update existing blueprints without having to re-input all the settings.

[0.17.5] huge about 10 second lag every few minutes fps and ups drops to around 30 then goes back up
This has been happening since the release of 0.17.0. Every few minutes the game slows town and fps and ups drops to about 30 for about 10 seconds then goes back up.

Re: [0.17.4] fluid inputs should not set the fluid type in a pipe
It is still the same deliberate feature that was announced in FFF 275 . Now you have to hook up the pipes that would carry water only when the refineries are set to advanced processing. That breaks blueprints and limits player freedom. This is a bug in the game. An input pipe on a refinery should n...

Re: [0.17.4] fluid inputs should not set the fluid type in a pipe
That's not the issue I'm reporting. Please re-read my description. I'm saying having nothing in the input pipe and nothing put into the pipe still makes it an oil pipe.

[0.17.4] allow updating / re-taking blueprints and keeping icons and description
Allow updating/re-taking blueprints and keeping icons and description. I think this was going to be added in to 0.17 but it doesn't seem to work. There should be a button and a shortcut key to allow re-taking an existing blueprint without resetting it's icons and description. This is something I do ...

[0.17.4] fluid inputs should not set the fluid type in a pipe
Fluid input should not affect the type of fluids in connected pipes. To reproduce: +connect pipe to each input(separately) of oil refinery (ie. don't connect the two inputs of the oil refinery to each other) +set production to basic oil processing +you will see that both pipes say they have 0 oil Th...

[0.17.4] Other players can change blueprints in my library
Players should not be able to change my blueprints in multiplayer. Only I should be able to do that. I can take a blueprint book from the library and put it in my quickbar. When I change or add a blueprint to the book, my blueprint library updates. This is correct. However in multplayer, anybody can...

Re: Set Recipes On Assemblers Even When Recipe Is Not Researched Yet
I'm building some buildings from a blueprint, and that should not be prevented. Just because you like to play the game a certain way, doesn't mean everyone does. In fact, many other commented on previous threads wanting this same feature. Factorio staff have bought this up before in forcing players ...

Set Recipes On Assemblers Even When Recipe Is Not Researched Yet
Set the recipes on assemblers even if the recipe is not researched yet. It's really bad to have to keep re-setting a blueprint over the top of the built version every time a research is done. This should be set the first time you put down the blueprint and each factory should turn on as their releva...

Re: Factorio 0.17.2 Broke existing feature of remembering blueprint orientation
Are you using the blueprint through the library or do you have it as an actual item in your inventory? If the library - that's why. The library doesn't persist the item - it just deletes it as soon as you press "Q" and so the direction is lost. I put a link to the blueprint book in the qu...

Factorio 0.17.2 Broke existing feature of remembering blueprint orientation
In 0.16 the rotation of the blueprint would be remembered between placements. For eg. you pick up a blueprint book and you are about to place a blueprint and lets say it's facing north. You press R to rotate it once for eg. then you put it away. Next time you pick up the blueprint book, the blueprin...

Re: Version 0.17.1
So far mostly good. There are two big issues however: 1) you can't select a blueprint in a blueprint book anymore (new game without any blueprint research if that makes a difference). You used to be able to shift and scroll to select the active blueprint in a book. Now you can't. I can scroll to a b...

Re: Friday Facts #280 - Visual Feedback is the king
I'm starting to feel like the black sheep in that I create player access stations explicitly for player travel to key sectors of the factory. I do that too :) There is also the Shuttle Train Lite mod that automatically brings up a list of stations when you enter a shuttle train Yeah, me too! Me too...

Great Stuff. Tools: 1. Disable logistics requests 2. Belt Inertia Dampening 3. Mirror Blueprint 1. See Xterminators video 2. Stop being carried away on belt. I got this from a mod which added this with a researchable item 3. Not sure how it worked but there was a mod that I used that did this. It i...

Re: Friday Facts #280 - Visual Feedback is the king
Can we click on a blueprint in a blueprint book to select it now instead of having to scroll to it even though we have the blueprint book open and have the mouse pointed at the blueprint we want? There should be a way to click to select a blueprint without removing it / picking it up from the book.
