How many bots are on the map? I believe theres a limit (~1000) on how many new jobs can be assigned to bots per update cycle. If theres a huge number of bots, it'll take awhile to cycle through all of them.

Chill out games that focus on growing and relaxing rather than shooting or racing are not a rarity. Unless you're giving players a way to deal with heat, all you're doing is ruining compact design as an option. Is the OP running some kind of mod on top of that? On Vanilla, anything outside of live view range should be dimmed, not bright dithered like that.

It's unfortunate but I feel as if I am pulling in a different direction than the community. Massive megabases ARE really cool but that's really not the draw, for me personally. I don't really want to push UPS with a planet-sized factorio- I'd rather have a smaller, but more technically complex base...
