[0.8.4] Freezing on savegame

My game freezes when the autosave kicks in. I noticed a similar bug in resolved for 8.5 ( https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... =30&t=1895 ) but from what i can tell that could be avoided by not moving, and my game is still freezing when i stand still, so assuming its something else (Topic was vague on the moving thing, might be same thing just posting for closure.)

Once the autosave kicks in, the game freezes. Theres no error message, task manager doesnt list it as not responding, and nothing else on my computer started to act weird. The new savegame is corrupted and wont load.

Hello,
I loaded the save and let it run for few minutes both in 0.8.4 and in the upcoming corrected 0.8.5 and I didn't see get any freezing or saving problems.
Maybe I was doing something wrong?

No you're right, i tried standing around and it didnt break. My saving appears to work again too @_@.

i managed to recreate it 4 times in a row before i submitted but now its not happening. I think i might've moved after loading before letting it sit, maybe thats it?
