I noticed it's now impossible to place a blueprint of a piece of rail track on top of an existing piece of track. The "conflicting" track is red so the entire blueprint can't be placed.

I don't have OCD, I have CDO. It's the same, but with the letters in the correct order.

It used to be able to in 0.10.12... so, this is a step backwards, and most likely a bug.

Hello thank you for the report, this is a bug, and it is already fixed for 0.11.2.
There were actually LOTS of other buildability fixes, the logic for buildability is now becoming quite complicated, so it is now all covered by the automated tests, I hope it will help us to avoid breaking it again in the future

noticed the same thing with blueprints of wall-gates
Re: [0.11.1] Can't place blueprint of rail track over existi
Yes, I checked it out, and there were more problems with gate rotations, the rotated blueprint of gate didn't rotate the gates, this is now also fixed for 0.11.2 (along the buildability problem you mentioned).

Cool. I kinda figured it might have been covered with some of the other building related fixes, but reported it just in casekovarex wrote:Hello thank you for the report, this is a bug, and it is already fixed for 0.11.2.
