[1.1.11] Shift-drag to cancel deconstruct doesn't work

With a deconstruction planner selected, shift-dragging to remove objects for deconstruction no longer works.
Same with upgrade planners.

This is probably some problem in your settings, as it works fine for me, even in your save. Check your control settings.
