[heads up this may not be a bug as it did not happen till 20/02/21 long after the last update, I am not technical and followed all the graphical issues to resolve this.]
What happens: I load up from steam library and it lasts approximately 3 seconds on the main screen before the entire screen goes white. The game is still going on behind the white as I can still hear the sounds from the main menu. It also happens if I am to load the game quickly and also does not stop behind the screen (even autosaves). Sometimes it recovers and returns the graphics to normal before going back to white a few minutes later.
I have updated my graphics drivers, restarted the game, force stopped the game, verified game files and anything else I can think of but it still continues. Each time I load the game without fail, it will go to a full screen of pure white before I can even click on anything in the main menu.
I can not upload a log-file as there is no crash report as the game has not detected that it has crashed so no report has been generated.

- This is my full monitors setup including the game in the bottom right hand screen, this whiteness is not a lack of screen, see report2.png to compare. It also shows what programs I have loaded right now if they would interfere.

Try with discord not running.
