[0.11.13] duplicated save game name causes notice box loop

Unzip a save game into the saves directory. Load and save this game. A notice box appears:
"There are multiple packages for package $save_name in directory $save_directory. ($save_name.zip, $save_name)"

Click OK or hit ESC. The box keeps reappearing over and over again.
