error while reading file

Hi, i bought this game yesterday and i love it so much. i was about to get on it and clicked the icon and it came up with a error. this is what it says

Error while reading file
C:/Users/sblthe_000/Appdata/roaming/Factorio/config/config.ini:<unspecified file>(1):'=' character not found in line

I have searched hard on the forums for a solution and didn't find any so if you can please help me thank you very much

What language did you set? Might be a localization error. Try uninstalling it, then delete all contents in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio and install it again, with language set to English.
Should you get the same error immediately or after changing the language in-game, post the factorio log files here.

none of them work. i tried it and it did the same thing anything else that could fix it?

Could you tell us how you fixed that issue? It's for my own curiosity and maybe might help others who have the same problem.
Also, moved to resolved.

deleting C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio and it fixed the problem
