[0.9.3] blueprints don't place wires

[0.9.3] blueprints don't place wires

getting a section of a factory that has green wires on a blueprint result in the same section being built without wires

also, wire conditions on smart inserter are lost so that when you connect the green wire back, the inserter condition is empty

Sounds like a build order issue.
Like the one with locomotive being built before rails it was supposed to stand on

I just started to implement it, but I found out there are some complications with this functionality, so I decided to leave it for 0.10

Implemented for 0.10, so moving to resolved for next release.

The connection is now visible on the ghost poles.

The circuit connection is applied even when one of the entities (electric pole, inserter etc.) is existing already, or when both are existing.
