[0.13.17] Black map/minimap

Hosting a MP Game where my friend joined before my game loaded fully I got this odd glitch.

Only the chunks scanned by radar and explored by my friend where visible to me.

Reloading the map fixed it and I'm unable to reproduce it.

This is most probably caused by lack of video memory.

Moved back to bug reports as i think i found out why it breaks and goes black.

If you resize the game while (only tested in catch up mode) loading the map goes black

I thought I fixed this in 0.15.3~...

Does it stay black after it catches up with the server?

If it's helpful, maybe you can eliminate the hardware brand or OS culprits in use. I tried a few different ways and couldn't reproduce this on Windows7 with an HD5870 while resizing manually or with alt+enter during the "catch up" phase of joining an online game, whether starting windowed or starting full screen, and I tried Steam and non-steam "versions" on 0.15.12.

I can confirm that this happens with 14.23 (stable). Loaded a game on LAN from linux headless 14.23 server, resized the screen while loading and got the black map and minimap. Some squares at the edge of the map loaded after moving around and biters were detected in them but otherwise I had to exit and rejoin to resolve.

The next stable will be one of the future versions of 0.15 once we're satisfied with the lack of bugs in 0.15.

Given that .15 is currently in a fairly stable state and will probably be declared as stable soon, I doubt there will be any further .14 fixes.
