[0.9.8] reproducable crash caused by blueprints in toolbelt

Open the top yellow chest.
Shift click the blueprint with the copper ore symbol.
Game crashes with the following error: Attempt to clone non empty blueprint

Open the top yellow chest:
Transfer the blueprint with the copper ore symbol to your inventory using left-clicks.
Align it on the railway, left click to initiate construction, then press the key that clears the cursor
Game crashes with the following error: Attempt to clone non empty blueprint.

Cause: Toolbar buton 1 filter was set to a specific blueprint, but the game doesn’t remember which blueprint is supposed to go back in the slot during automatic transfers. Either that, or it is trying to stack multiple non-empty blueprints in the same slot.

Workaround: clear the toolbar filter, so it is no longer reserved for a blueprint.
