[0.9.8] blueprints don't copy smart inserter settings

..even though they do copy logistic chest settings.

It's pretty basic but let me know if you need more info to reproduce!

Thanks for the report. There are actually two issues:

1) Blueprints don't copy red / green conditions and they don't place red / green wires.
2) Blueprints don't copy inserter logistic condition.

1) Is a known issue (https://forums.factorio.com/forum/vie ... =41&t=2879) and it is on our internal TODO list.
2) Will be solved in 0.10.0.
