Click + move placing of power lines deletes items on ground

Summary:
When placing strings of "big electric poles" or 'substations" by right clicking and moving, all objects on the ground that are within the foot print of the ghosted power line are deleted.

Steps:
1. Place some items on the ground.
2. Place a big electric pole or substation and hold the right-click.
3. Move the cursor with the ghosted electric pole over the items.

Notes:
- Does not place the items in the inventory as happened with another "not a bug" post.
- Does not occur with medium electric pole; I didn't test the other options
- I tested with some placed items (e.g. wood dropped with the z key) as well as alien artifacts left from destroyed spawners.
