Replication - start a new game, set water to 'Only in the Starting Area', walk in any direction.
It is possible to build on those 'rocks', they disappeared when I placed something on them, is this WAD?

Hello, this is more or less correct, I did 2 small fixes for 0.10 regarding this.
1) Added the locale for the small-rock
2) Made the small rock not selectable in game, only in map editor, this is the same behavior as with all the small decoratives, like small bushes etc.
