[0.17.15] [Czech] Missing tooltips in train sheluder

Hi!
Tooltips in train scheluder are missing in czech version for longer text (see image).
You can't recognize long conditions in this state because of the same beginning of some conditions.

Steps:
1. create train station and put in some train
2. open train scheluder
3. add conditons "Plny naklad" (full cargo) and "Prazdny naklad" (empty cargo)
4. hover the mouse over created conditions

Expected result:
Tooltip whit full text of condition is shown.

Actual result:
No tooltip is shown. It happens always.

Note:
Worked in version 0.17.11, don't work in newer versions ever since 0.17.12 - I tested it in every version, including 0.17.15.
I don't tested other languages then czech.

OS is win10 64x, latest update, czech version

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
