[0.17.17]Building a lot of ghost radars will stop the mini-tutorial.

At mini-tutorial of Construction robots.
Ghost radars are counted in the number of transport belt ghosts built.
If you build 5 or more ghost radars, the objective of "Build transport belt ghosts. x of 5" will be skipped, which will make it impossible to continue the mini-tutorial.
