[0.17.18] Map Generator dialog too tall and doesn't scroll

I think this is related to the other inventory/UI bugs in 0.17.18 but I noticed when trying to generate a new map w/ mods that add a lot of extra settings the generator dialog box is too tall for the screen, you can't scroll it or access any of its lower buttons.
