It all depends on the type of game you are going to play.
Worlds where heavy biter activity can be expected will need more iron and maybe even more uranium.
If you want to invest heavy in science packs the ratio is still in "favor" of iron with a ratio of about 1.7:1 (40% prod. lvl 3 factory, 30%prod. chem. plant, 20%prod el. furnace)
But there are many playstyles and many challanges a player can choose from ...test different setttings and find out what works/suits you and what not.
