I would love to preorder but Paypal hates me.

This is what I'm getting:
"Return to merchant and try a different payment method. We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."
The order button sends me to the Netherlands Paypal site as well so that could be the problem?

Ok whatever it was cleared itself up I reckon. I just received my upgrade key and am on my way.
