Anyone have any blueprints for bobs mods... preferably for marathon!
I assume a massive bus for copper is needed
Blueprints for bobs

Re: Blueprints for bobs
I don't understand why you would want to build a solution someone else has come up with. The majority of fun I get out of the game is working out ratios and efficient designs by myself, or at least trying to. If all you're doing is filling in a design you might as well be playing Age of Empires.
Money might be the root of all evil, but ignorance is the heart.

I could blueprint my main bus but its really easy to make.

Re: Blueprints for bobs
Well...
I kinda wanted some ideas
using bobs, natural Evo, Marathon and my bus gets murdered when the 80 copper red research starts up.
I just wanted some ideas

pretty sure I need about 4 copper iron lines etc...
but... what happens when the 12 other metals get involved.... do they each need 4 belts!
........
I feel drones will be used

Re: Blueprints for bobs
It seems that you put a wrong picture. That seems to be some small feed line for some minor production unit, like small pumps or constant combinators.Nexela wrote:I could blueprint my main bus but its really easy to make.
Re: Blueprints for bobs
No, their consumption rates are low and probably one yellow belt or even one side is enough. At least if you use only Bob's mods. When I played with Bob's mode I made a little expansion mod to increase consumption of Bob's metals.Iorek wrote: pretty sure I need about 4 copper iron lines etc...

Re: Blueprints for bobs
Marathon is on, so is natural evolution 2x research cost
Red research cost 80 copper 10 cogs a cog cost 10 iron plate
A copper wire cost 10 copper
currently have 32 steel furnaces for plate and 42 for copper... all to one belt.... problem is the copper/iron doesn't get pact my first 3 factory, they strip the belt dry..
atm I am trying something like 12 copper wire factory's for 1 basic circuit boards working on 3 copper feeds per 4 copper....
Kinda just wanted some ideas for bob setups.. or Marathon setups with bobs

Just forget about belting copper plates. Place ore on belts and smelt them directly into assemblers.Iorek wrote:Marathon is on, so is natural evolution 2x research cost

It's extremely inefficient to belt copper plates when you have 1:5 ratio of ore to plates.
It will require new designs for manufacturing - I don't have my bobathon save anymore so can't help there. It's an interesting experience
(Played it with science cost tweaker multipliers but no doubling from natural evolution - when it got to blue science it was harsh)
