ingame updater ignoring new update(0.10)

ingame updater ignoring new update(0.10)

I am going through all the options looking for the update button, but factorio is not acknowledging the fact that an update came out!
I looked everywhere, even in the game file, for the updater, but I don`t see it. what am I doing wrong :!: :?: :!:

What userid and password is it expecting in the launcher? I never did get that to work...

I tried the one I used to log into the website to download it originally and it always said incorrect login

The incorrect login is actually a confusing message that can mean that your firewall is not letting Factorio communicate out ... This should get better message in 0.10.0 (though obviously you need to install 0.10.0 for that :)).
