So, as I left to my oil field, I found something on the ground...(attached)

Can someone tell me what this is? And why it's so... perfect?

Those are items from your inventory that got dropped when you took off your armor.

I found out the hard way that ctrl clicking my armor is bad.

Ahh right, thank you very much, that makes sense now! Thought I was going insane and that the inserters had revolted against me or something.
