coins and computers

What is up with the coins and computers? I can add them as items to be delivered to me via robot. But see no other mention yet. I am almost complete with all Technologies, so perhaps all will be revealed... Or maybe there is an update coming?!

They're items not used in the normal free-play. The Computer is used in the New Hope scenario pack (same as the plane). Coins are used in the Tight Space scenario pack which you get if you pay extra to get the Furnace Attendant. Other unusual items include Small plane, Player port and Railgun, Railgun darts (from trailer scenario pack)

In the future releases, tweaks should be done so you only see the relevant items.

Coins can also be used to buy things from the market.
