I've updated a few mods to work with .13, but I am not the original author and have no real way of knowing if the authors are updating their mods.

TreeFarm Lite, just found a bug with the game.players[] array, apparently robots are not counted

Fluid Barrel
NightVision
And my two mods, Void Chest, and Express Smart Inserters, though that last one isn't really needed anymore is it... *sigh*

Fortunately, in the case of Treefarm at least, it is licensed under the GPLv3, which does allow you to create and distribute derivative works, so long as you comply with the terms of the license. In this sort of case, you can update the mod to new versions of Factorio for instance, and distribute your updated version.

Treefarm Author uploaded a shiny new version to the mod portal! I highly recommend it.
