[bug] Steam account can't be linked with private profile

I kept getting insufficient membership errors until I logged in once with my steam profile temporarily set to public. After that, I set it back to private and I can still log in.

Not sure if this was the exact cause (can't reproduce it now ofc). Anyway, I guess it is best you look into it if you have the time and/or make a bullet point about it on the Factorio profile page where the linking happens.
