Change Map Settings Mod?

Hey all, does anyone know what's up with the Change Map Settings mod? (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ChangeMapSettings)

Apparently Bilka has disabled discussions about it, so who knows if it'll ever get updated.

/editor in game and check out the setting in surface.
