Very Compact Tier 1,2,3 Research Facility

Heavily inspired by this design: /r/factorio/comments/302vhb/natures_harmonic_simultaneous_4flask_compact/
I wanted to make it smaller and more compact. Of course it's not optimal anymore, especially due to one missing blue pack factory.

*EDIT: corrected an issue and cleaned it up so it can be used before EED 1 and Logistics 2 for T1 & T2 as well. Though I believe the fast transport belts are necessary for some raw materials.
