Hot Features:
+ Balanced heat distribution to the exchangers. Every heat pipe is exactly 19 or 20 tiles long. The final exchangers of each lane kick in at almost the same time per fuel cycle, & heat variation during / after a fuel burn was only +/- 20 degrees between the ends of each heat pipe. ~Tested at minimal power load, and at half maximum predicted output, but ymmv.
+ Over 1 Gigawatt output. ~Ought to get very close to the max of 1120MW,
+ Ye Standard Control Method. ~Load only 1 fuel pod at a time, load only if empty, load all reactors at the same time, start a synchronised fuel burn when the steam buffer gets low.
+ Easy roboport access for fuel pod pizza.
+ The steam can be piped to storage tanks & turbine racks located wherever you like, pipe throughput requirements are not excessive. Ditto for the water supply.

Some numbers and details
Obligatory Blueprints:
Requires manual loading of fuel pods for the first startup-from-cold, but will automagically sync up after that for each burn. Even if there is a temporary fuel shortage & not all reactors get powered up for one cycle, it will re-sync itself for the next burn, if there is enough fuel available by then.
Reactor temp varies between 500 and 700 degrees during a fuel burn cycle. The heat up delay is surprisingly short between fuel pod insert & the steam buffers increasing.
Per reactor quadrant: There are 6 heat pipes leading to 29 heat exchangers in banks of 5. (Yes, one bank has only 4 HX). 28 should be enough, but using 29 gives some wriggle-room with heat / water / steam fluctuations, and fits very neatly to keep the heat pipe length the same for each lane.
Those 6 heat banks output steam into a shared buffer [every tank wired to same red circuit], before dividing again to feed 6 racks of 8 turbines.
I have 2 offshore pumps feeding 3 banks of heat exchangers, requiring only 750 water/sec throughput for each pump [so long distance piping is ok].
Combinators: 1 per reactor for the "is empty?" latch, +1 to average the steam per storage tank [kinda optional, red wire input] and then +1 to output a "feed the beast" signal if steam buffer drops below 40% [via green wire].
Totals: 16 offshore pumps, 116 heat exchangers [112 effectively], 24 storage tanks, 48 small pumps, 192 turbines.
