Adding defines.relative_gui_type.choose_elem_gui

Hello dear developers,

I tried for my mod to set up a similar GUI, like the Base-GUI for the circuit logic.
For this I also tried to set up the second condition, where you can choose a constant number.
There it seems, that the "Or set a constant" window a separate GUI element is, that is attached to the "Select a Signal" GUI, probable with the anchor or something like this.

But I can't find this in the defines.relative_gui_type.
Did I miss something or is this not implemented? Then I would really appreciate if this could be added.

The way the relative gui system works it isn't possible for it to attach to any of these pop-up-select-a-thing GUIs.

Ok. I hoped that they would be handled like a normal GUI.
