LuaEquipmentGrid link to which item contains the grid?
When the on_player_placed_equipment event fires, we get the equipment and the grid it was placed into. I want to know what item that grid is attached to (armor, vehicle, etc). At least its name/prototype, preferably also the LuaItemStack if it's an inventory item like armor or LuaEntity if it's a vehicle.
