Putting concrete all over the world, waited hours, still tons of bushes here and here, is that a bug?

Hi, concrete has only 25% chance to remove decorative on placement. It doesn't remove decoratives over time.

Why? This don't make sense to me.
If i concrete an area i want it to look clean.

But i wonder why the values were 25% by design, that's a bit weird to me. Being able to place tons of assembly machines, cutting forests whole but not being able to pour concrete without having weeds everywhere.. :/

At least stumps have a time to live and will disappear after 15 minutes

I'd personally be in favour of it being 100% chance to remove by default for concrete, maybe not for bricks though, makes sense that plants could grow between bricks.

Albert and Vaclav said 25% chance of decorative removal seems about correct to them. So, not a bug.
